Perhaps the biggest challenge of the series was the Sweep Skills round at Tarn. But
the good news for crews was that no blindfolds were required - see video (PG) of
the Tarn round in 2014, including blindfolded crews -www.youtube.com/watch?v=HH7_Vwocjis
- spot yourself 8 years younger! Each crew got two goes at the course with times
combined. The map of skills followed is below.
Times were the standard:
Registration from 11:00
Draw at 11:30
Racing started at 12:00
Racing ended by 15:00
Results at Tarn and league table after 6 rounds -version 2
Times and resulting points for the day at Tarn are here as a pdf. The overall league
table after Tarn is here, also as a pdf. These are version 2 as the initial release
on 05-09-22 gave Tynemouth Gulls the wrong combined time (too long, they were actually
second not third fastest. Sorry! You can also get these two table as large jpgs by

Entries for Tarn were made in the usual way by email on the Excel form to Pam Walton
by the preceding Wednesday. See the home page for details.
